Homeland Security agent Tim Ballard (Jim Caviezel) felt that his efforts in busting child-pornography traffickers did nothing to rescue a single minor from predators. Managing to sting and arrest the procurer of a Honduran boy (Lucás Ávila), Ballard makes a promise to free his sister (Cristal Paricio) as well-setting him a perilous trail into a Colombian rebel camp.
